Mina Midtgarden is the Data Lead at Big Win Philanthropy. She has extensive experience with data leadership globally and is passionate about using insight to tackle complex challenges and drive strategic decision making. She began her career as a data scientist in consulting before moving into senior leadership positions globally. She previously worked at Monitor Deloitte where she collaborated with public sector clients on large multi-year transformation programs and served as the Global Director of Data and Insight in the sustainability sector. Her experience has focused on rolling out strategic performance frameworks and implementing robust tracking systems to understand return on investment, support course-correction, and provide analysis of company or program performance. She has worked extensively with public sector leaders and c-suite executives to formulate and execute data and analytics strategies, with a focus on building robust artificial intelligence (AI) and data capabilities. Mina holds an MSc in Data Analytics and Consulting from Warwick University and has won awards for her entrepreneurship during her BA (hons) at Exeter University. She has since pursued further education in AI, statistical programming, and program management. Mina continues to share her expertise by delivering online and in-person learning sessions to executives on data leadership.
