Geraldine Munn-Mace is a Program Manager at Big Win Philanthropy. An expert in child health, she has over 10 years of experience as a leader, practitioner, and university lecturer in the health sector. Prior to joining Big Win, Geraldine was Nurse Director of the North Thames Paediatric Network (NTPN) hosted by Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). She led and delivered programs at the national level and among the network’s 24 providers, with a portfolio covering pediatric health, workforce, and education. She worked closely with the government, key policymakers, commissioners, and families to deliver sustainable change for children and young people across the UK National Health Service (NHS). Before joining the network, Geraldine worked for Médecins Sans Frontières, collaborating with the Sierra Leone government on early childhood health programs. Geraldine holds a MSc in Child Health from City, University of London and a BA (Hons) in Politics, Languages and International Studies from the University of Bath. She is currently completing an Executive MSc in Health Economics, Policy, and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
