Bill Haney is the CEO of BI-SAM, a private-equity backed portfolio analytics company, and has over 20 years’ experience in managing software and information businesses towards rapid growth and strategic repositioning. Early in his career Bill worked with public and private sector leaders in emerging market economies to develop broad policy reforms to spur export-led economic growth.
